
In order to coordinate our efforts on the bookkeeping side, a few aspects of working together have to be put in place.
- Initial Setup
- A few face-to-face meetings will be held to capture the unique details of your accounting requirements as well as to receive any necessary access to your online accounts. During these sessions, a chart of accounts (for businesses) or list of budget categories (for individuals/families) will be confirmed for reporting purposes.
- Schedule
- A recurring weekly or monthly schedule is established for processing your financial transactions to suit your existing accounting schedule and volume of work.
- Data File Access
- Depending on your IT structure and working preferences, your accounting file can be accessed through a virtual server, a remote PC connection or stored locally with exchanges via FTP or Dropbox.
- Filing
- All completed paperwork will be filed for you per the transaction schedule assuming access is given to both the office and the files.
- Backups
- Regular backups of your accounting file(s) will be performed per an agreed up on schedule.
